Our facilities include six lens mold production lines, 20 resin sheet production equipment, six cleaning equipment, two resin hardening equipment, two glass (Taiwan) coating machines, four resin (Korea) coating machines, 18 Japanese Nidek lensmeters, and ten lens packaging equipment. The company provides an integrated service from substrate mold development, resin sheet production, hardening, coating, inspection, and packaging.
Danyang Hongwei Glasses Co., Ltd mainly produces 1.56 resin lenses, 1.56 photochromic resin lenses, 1.56 blue light blocking resin lenses, and 1.56 blue light blocking photochromic resin lenses. Additionally, we offer round top bifocal lenses, round top progressive lenses, flat top bifocal lenses, progressive lenses, hat lenses, single vision lenses, and more.
