At Isunny, with a professional team of touring staff, we ensure that all the materials we selected are qualified by the international laboratory. Besides, they are classified & inspected following our industry standards by our IQC department before being put into mass production.
Every batch of incoming raw materials is carefully checked with a coder by our IQC workers.
The color and the texture of the material will be inspected by white light to ensure neat color.
All EVA raw materials are carefully measured with a caliper to ensure the dimensions are consistent with industry standards.
The diameter and depth of every EVA materials are measured with a dial gauche to make sure the size difference is kept within 0.01 mm.
Our worker will glue leather with the blister, and then put them into an oven of temperature up to 70 Celsius for over 2 hours.
To test the paint effect, we will put 50 grams weight on a sand ball swinging back and forth 25 times.
